GPCC2 Pilot-To-Close Check Valve

Operation |
Pilot-to-close check allows free flow from the inlet port to the outlet port and blocks flow in the reverse direction. With adequate pilot pressure applied to the pilot port, the pilot piston seats the check poppet and shuts off flow. Minimum pilot pressure required to close this valve is found by dividing the inlet pressure by the valve's pilot ratio. (ex.: 1800 psi @ inlet / (1.8:1) = 1000 psi minimum pilot pressure required.) |
